Make sure that the circulating water is full before the machine is running. The water quality and water content of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the cabinet. Therefore, the circulating water should be regularly replaced and cleaned. It is best to do it once a week.
Second, the fan is clean.
Long-term use of the fan on the machine will cause a large amount of solid dust to accumulate in the fan, causing the fan to produce a lot of noise, and it is not conducive to exhaust smoke and deodorization. In the case of insufficient suction of the fan, the fan should be cleaned.
Third, the cleaning of the lens.
There are reflective surfaces and focusing mirrors on the fuselage. The laser is reflected by these lenses, focused, and then emitted from the laser head. The lens is easily contaminated with dust or other contaminants, which can cause laser loss or damage to the lens. Therefore, the lenses should be cleaned every day. Fourth, guide rail cleaning.
As one of the core components of the equipment, guide rails and linear shafts play a guiding and supporting role. In order to ensure the machining accuracy of the machine tool, the guide rail and the straight line of the machine tool are required to have high guiding accuracy and stable movement. Due to the large amount of hydrogen sulfide dust and smoke generated during the processing of the processed parts, a large amount of hydrogen sulfide dust and smoke will be deposited on the surface of the guide rail and linear shaft for a long time, which seriously affects the processing accuracy of the equipment and forms corrosion points on the surface of the linear shaft of the guide rail. 5. Fastening and connection of connecting parts

Sixth, check the light path.
The optical path system is jointly completed by the focusing mirror and the reflecting mirror.
