U.S. Noranda alumina refinery resumes operations after Hurricane Ida transits

The Noranda alumina refinery in the United States resumed operations on August 29 after the passage of Hurricane Ida. The plant is expected to resume production at about 80% of its production capacity from this cycle, and then stably resume full-scale production of alumina products.
